BLOSSOM

In every thing you do, the goal should always be to grow and blossom. Sometimes that means to go out of our comfort zone and step outside the box for some time. Too often we put labels on ourselves and talents. I've learned over the years that you don't have to place 4 walls around your life, your dreams, and your aspirations.

Beauty

It is quite normal for people to raise there eyebrows when they encounter you especially if they aren’t receptive of your vision. Don't let that discourage you. Instead use it as a lesson to yourself in how you should treat others. You don't necessarily have to agree with someone's perspective or insight. However, that does not give you the right to be insensitive to their feelings.

Makeup

Be of an open mind. Open your eyes to countless perspectives and insight.

Be the star you are intended to be. Highlight your talents. Dim your flaws.

Hair

My go to pixie cut.

Our mind is constantly exercised as we think about our next moves or our next adventure. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. The more you do, the more you will want to do. For one is never comfortable, one is never complacent.

Though it is important to think things through. Dont get caught up in your own thaughts. Don’t let fear of judgment, fear of ridicule, fear or criticiam keep you down. Rise above and beyond it.

A classmate from high school took the time out to congratulate me on my accomplishments. I was reminded that I was quite, shy, and reserved yet most likely to succeed. Everyone that knows me from a few years ago knows that about me. Hard to believe being that I am now a teacher and a public figure.

This is something I’ve always known about myself and I’ve been working hard to be more outgoing and social.

However at times it is important to be a little bit of both. There is a time and place for everything. Being shy and reserved is beneficial because it helps me to stay humble and gracious. On the other hand, putting myself out there is beneficial because it allows me the determination and drive to go after any and everything.

Fashion

Creating my own trends.

Be strong, be bold, be courageous. Stand tall on your own two feet. Claim what is rightful yours. For no one can do you or be you better than you. Though they may come close, you are still different.
